    Welcome to DSA Christmas Fantasies 2009 Christmas is one of those annual holidays we which is meant to bring people together and to share rather than just to give. To share some humor, some warmth, some memories, some fun and to rekindle our spirits when the struggle of day to day living breaks down the things which hold us together. It is a holiday for sharing love and companionship where the joy reflected in a childs gleeful chatter reminds us of our own childhood regardless of our age. At one time, we all believed in Santa Claus and we all believed in angels... some of us still do and where's the harm in that? This years contest is for those of you who want to illustrate a faerie being hit with a snowball, a Christmas angel, children building a snowman, a traditional image maybe of a 19th century family in a horse drawn sleigh or a jolly fat man with a sack of toys trying to get down your chimney. Your challenge is to show us what you enjoy about Christmas and to have fun enjoying yourself. Read More  Darker Shades of Christmas 2009 ~ Christmas in Kravenwood Our version of Santa Claus is a bit different than most as he is a former war god who was cast down to Earth emerging from beneath a mile of frozen ice with no memory of his past. Journeying to a place where the Aurora Borealis touched the Earth, he found himself within a world of darkness from which he forged a kingdom using his powerful war ax. With none like him on this world, he found his way back to the world from which he originally found himself and found a means for observing it in all it's many splendors. Eventually taking a wife who gave him the name Kristopher Kringle to honor her father, she would influence him to lay down his ax and it was she who set him on the course eventually leading to his becoming Santa Claus. Being mortal, her time was brief but she helped him find another to love before passing and over the centuries, it would be these mortal wives who helped him perform his role as a jolly old elf which he had grown to love. But in modern times, Santa began losing his faith in humanity with it's emphasis on buying gifts with no thought or care other than the buying. Then came the death of his beloved Clara which proved to be the final straw. Christmasland again fell into darkness until his youngest daughter Candace took the reigns inviting creatures of the night to aid her as she was not like her father in that she saw potential good in all beings if they were willing to try. She next created ChristmasTime Unlimited to exploit commericalization to help people year round bringing her into conflict with Max Scrooge and other evils that became reborn into the world like the sinister Toyman with his dangerous toys, the Candyman and the evil sorceress Dark Magick whom her father defeated to claim his kingdom. Read More  Christmas 420 Around the World Contest at Shifters Evolution This Contest is based on Christmas Holiday and smoking weed or a big old fatty. Even though we do not condone or condemn the use of marijuana we have decided to have this contest. The Challenge ~ Christmas day with friends, family or just by yourself on this special holiday with your Christmas tree and your joint. Expression, poses and munching out are all part of this contest, even Santa likes sitting back and having a big joint after he drops off all his gifts to the kids who lay asleep, now the question is can you do it. What we are looking for in the Contest is Clothing Optional, food optional, shoes optional, hotties, dudes, Santa Clause and even his elves all lighting up the Christmas tree hell even the reindeer. Krouser has made a special prop to go with this contest that will be available for only a short period of time, during the duration of this contest, once the contest is over this prop will no longer be available to the public.
